Getting work experience and exploring different industries is a helpful way of recognising and practising the skills needed for the workplace.

The next step towards career readiness is to apply these skills as part of job applications.

There are three themes to focus on 'building a CV', 'preparing for interview success' and 'setting goals and aspirations'. These resources will coach your students through the process as they discover how to articulate their skills.
